This village appellation between Gevrey-Chambertin and Chambolle-Musigny is one of the smallest of the Côte de Nuits. It gives wines rightousness and generosity. The manual grape harvest in vineyards of 40 years. Do not open before 5 years of age. Its potential of ageeing is about 12 years. In its youth, tannins will enhance a roastbeef and, along the years, il will taste perfectly with games or wild fowls.
