DESCRIPTION

This blend of two Champagne grape varieties is a hallmark of the Bruno Michel estate.  It’s a rare composition of 50% Meunier and 50% Chardonnay, 70% from the 2008 harvest, 14% from the 2007 harvest and 16% from 2006. It was aged on the lees for longer than 8 years before disgorgement and it’s one of the most balanced Champagnes you will ever taste, easily competing with Champagne four times the price. It has great toast and spiced apple aromas and flavors and a crisp dry finish.

A fine, balanced wine with a touch of acidity,it has a subtle nose, which blends aromas of quince, apples and toast to charm wine professionals and wine lovers every year. It’s a real Coup de Cœur.
