DESCRIPTION

Mátyás Pinot Noir 2018 continues the line of the great Pinot Noirs of 2014 and 2016, but it is a bit more elegant and easy-to-drink. Fresh aromas are bursting with fruitiness, dominated by ripe red hard-shell fruits.

The wine is medium-bodied with light mineral tones. On the palate, this Pinot Noir offers truly beautiful harmony of fruitiness and light tannic structure, which makes it more elegant. The freshness and juiciness is superbly enhanced by the nice acidity.

This wine is fermented spontaneously. Wild yeast fermented. Unfined. Unfiltered. Low sulphite.

Food pairing: it pairs well with lighter meats or heavier fish meals. Worth to try with grilled lamb.

Best served slightly chilled at 57-60°F.
