DESCRIPTION

Clean and light amber-golden color. The character of the winemaking method is more dominant than the character of the varieties. Still, the wine is delicious and friendly, even for those who taste that kind of wine for the first time.

Intensive aromas of white fruits, dominated by yellow apple and pear, completed by green tea and tones of spices and bread. Medium full-bodied, fresh and live in the mouth. A very good acidity makes it savory and juicy. Light tannins create impressive structure and richness.

Wild yeast fermented. Unfined. Unfiltered. No added sulphites.

Food pairing: Mátyás SaraDora pairs well with medium heavy or even fat grilled fishes, such as mackerel or salmon. Also it matches well with white meats or pork. Furthermore, it is a good friend of meals made with sauerkraut.

Best served at 50-52°F.
